We are hiring a Customer Experience & Data Entry Assistant to support two connected areas of the business: maintaining and improving our trip and product data, and delivering great customer service. Day to day, this includes accurately inputting and updating trip listings, pricing and itineraries, writing or refining copy that presents each trip clearly and appealingly, and responding to customer enquiries throughout the booking process.
We're hiring a Growth & Partnerships Intern to assist us in building both sides of Plotpackers' trip supply - negotiating with suppliers on the ground and sourcing, and onboarding creators who host their own trips on our platform. It's a 6-month contract with the chance to become permanent, ideal for a sharp, hard-working grad who wants real ownership fast.
